Preventing Mental Health
According to a World Health Organization (WHO) study, depression has increased by more than 18% worldwide compared to 10 years ago. In addition, depression is the main cause of suicide among young people aged 15-29, and the incidence of depression, especially among those in their 20s, is said to be caused by problems related to personal relationships.
From the above causes, it can be said with certainty that the onset of mental illness (such as depression) can be prevented.
It is clear that the cases discovered by industrial counselors or in-house counseling offices are after-the-fact responses, and that these cases are only the tip of the iceberg.
We strongly recommend that you have an impartial and independent third-party organization, Mentor Workout, prevent the onset of mental illness in your valued employees.
