The mentor workout we provide is not the automatic and manageable management of the past, but rather a communication that releases the latent potential of each individual.
The power required in companies from now on is not top-down coaching management, but leadership that pushes people to "lead from behind". In other words, management communication based on EQ is required to encourage each individual to fully demonstrate his or her abilities.
The mentor workout training we offer teaches communication methods that are distinct from coaching and counseling.
The key is to use your head and face the person in front of you, not manuals or methods.

Features of the EQ-type management course

Conducting one-on-one interviews prior to the start of training
Before attending a training course, an interview is held between the instructor in charge of the course and the prospective student. This allows you to organize your thoughts and to be ready for the training.
Small group size to ensure compatibility among training members
Training is provided based on a combination of students. For this reason, we do not offer training on a first-come, first-served basis, but rather on a pre-registration basis, and will notify participants as soon as we have confirmed their availability. In some cases, we may not be able to offer you the opportunity to participate in the training. Please understand that in some cases we may not be able to accept your participation.
Full and individualized feedback
Individual feedback with the instructor will be provided after practical exercises in the training. The 3 hours of feedback provided three times during the training period of the Basic Course has been very well received by students.
Presenting a publicity photo
During the training period, we will take your promotional photos at our affiliated beauty salon (Aoyama, Tokyo) and present you with the photo data.
Granting of Certificate
Basic Course and Master Course graduates will receive a certificate with an accompanying professional photograph.

Community Participation
You will be invited to join a community operated directly by our company, which is open only to those who have completed the training. We operate this community so that all of our graduates can continue to be active after their training. By joining the community, you will receive the following benefits

Level.1 Counseling Basics
ロープレではない。徹底的に実践するからスキルが身につく
カウンセリング実技を繰り返し行います。カウンセラーとしてはもちろん、クライアントを体験することで「自身のカウンセリングはどのように見えているのか」といったクライアント視点を得ることができ、自身のカウンセリングを振り返る学びとなります。また、他者のカウンセリングを聴講することで、新たなカウンセリングスタイルを身につけることができるなど、カウンセラー・クライアント・聴講を繰り返すことで、自らのカウンセリングスタイルへの学びを深めます。座学の時間では、テクニカル的な話だけではなく、事例紹介を交えたケーススタディを行います。
Level.2 EQ型マネジメント基礎
1回完結型メンタリングの完成
本講座はメンタリング実技とスーパービジョン(以下、SV)の繰り返しです。1回完結型を目指した60分のメンタリング実技の直後に行われる講師とメンバーによる複数の視点からのSVは、迅速かつあらゆる角度からのスキルアップをかなえます。講師からの個別SVでは、逐語録と音声で振り返りながら、次回に向けた修正・課題が出されます。SVは、個々の迅速なスキルアップを意識したもので、各自の性格や特長に合わせた指導が行われます。道場のように、優秀な同士と集中的に実技を繰り返すことで、あなたのメンターとしてのスタイルが明確になります。
Level.3 EQ型マネジメント実践
一般の方をクライアントに迎えての実践トレーニング
各自の目指す場所に合わせたクライアントを準備します(例:社内メンターであれば一般会社員、大学キャリコンであれば学生など)。本番同様、サロンを貸しきり、クライアントと1対1の空間で60分実施。クライアントには、別途アンケートを用意しており、感想(フィードバック)を確認することができます。本番中は、音声のみ録り、後日、逐語録と音声データ、アンケートを基に講師からSVを受けます。
